Children from across central Warwickshire returned to the track today for the Warwickshire Finals. Following the heats in early June, we sent three St Augustine’s pupils to represent Kenilworth.
They were all absolute superstars, but a special mention goes to our Year 6 runner, who secured first place in their event!
Congratulations to all the children who represented Kenilworth—together, they won the overall competition. What a fantastic achievement!

A big well done to these two Year 5s. The boys played in a tournament at Twickenham yesterday and came runners-up in an Under 12s competition, losing to a Year 6 team from London. They both scored tries and it was such an amazing experience for them to play on the pitch at Twickenham. So proud! 🏉👏

📚 Summer Reading Challenge at Kenilworth Books 📚
Looking for a fun way to keep your child reading over the summer holidays?
Children can visit Kenilworth Books to collect a FREE Summer Reading Challenge booklet and start completing exciting reading challenges. Each time they complete a challenge, they can return to the shop to collect a sticker. Every sticker includes a QR code that unlocks a special reward!
Once all the challenges in the booklet are completed, children can take their booklet back to the shop and receive a Certificate of Completion, which they can bring into school to share after the summer holidays.
Please note that there are only 50 booklets available, so they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
